Or use SVN to checkout the latest trunk:
svn co https://jtcfrost.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/jtcfrost/frost-wot frost-wot
Make sure Apache Ant is installed (Apache Ant).
Run the command ant from within the created frost-wot directory. This creates the complete distibution in directory build/dist/.
